Bad Intec College communication

I want to start by saying that I joined Intec College in January 2020 and from there I called a lot and got no feedback from them. Nobody answered my calls or emails. There was a man that helped me and told me that if I pay right away he would send me all my study material and I got nothing. He also told me if I had a problem I can call him but when I did he never answered his phone. I tried calling again but I couldn't get through so I think he changed his phone number or he blocked my number. I just want to ask if you can return my money because I will no longer study at Intec College because of their bad serves.
