Bad customer service, no reply after you sign up.

Don't ever enroll with this college. I signed up with them in April, The lady Fathima Ballim **** to me about everything just to get me to sign up and when I did sign up and realized everything was not what I expected, she told me she can't assist me further she only does the sign ups. I had no choice but to continue with the course because they were already debiting from my account and my credit scoring is involved. Eventually I started asking for assistance cause they Student portal is so confusing I emailed every email address no response like the don't exist I eventually emailed a man name Ragie Pillay and a lady Taryn no response or help from them Im so tired of wasting my airtime and time I asked them to cancel and till date they not canceling my account with them and also don't wish to assist me with more information or any help, all they want is to take money for free, please don't sign up you will make a mistake and don't get bluffed by Fathima she can promise you the world.
