bad customer service

I have registered with the college in December, paid my deposit, and got a student number, of which was later changed to a new one, I enquired and was told there was an error with the first one . I enquired about the learning material, they told me that they were waiting for the first instalment in January, of which was already deducted,i sent a proof of payment to them and was told tto wait 21 days for the material to arrive, I call them every week , I get new stories every week , past weeks they told me about the supplier being out of stock with the books, I have been waiting for 3 months now, they have delayed me so much , I don't think I will not be ready to write the june exams, I don't know if this is how they sabotage their students so they fail and re register again, I am so disappointed.
