Bad Communication and serves from Intec College

Ive been enrolled with Intec College since 2018 June still now and im still waiting for my transcripts to apply at a different university. Intec College employees, student support dont help out anything! wouldnt recommend this college to anyone. They student portals dont work. The IT department has no idea what they doing. My course is fully paid for and the principle does nothing to assist with this situation! At this point i could have gotten my masters in Professional Secretary administration. if anyone knows what steps i should take to report this please let me know. because ive been ****** of my education and serves that i paid for!
