Bad communication

I am supposed to start writing exams next Friday. My exam fees where paid with my diploma fees and I registered for my exams well in advance, and still have not received my confirmation letter, I have been writing emails with no feedback. I have a bursary from my company and if I do not write these exams now I will be liable for my study fees...
