Bad bad service - Wish i could ask for a refund

Study material received extremely late and I had to call in constantly to beg for feedback.<br> Logged queries for tutors to call you and you get told there are a shortage of tutors after paying a full amount for course including exam costs.Logged queries still awaiting assistance from April 2015.<br> Cannot do my assignment because the work is not understandable and still waiting for tutor to call me.<br> The service offered here is extremely poor and unacceptable.<br> Anyone deciding on a distance learning college,I would recommend not to use intec if this is the way I get treated.
