BAD ATTITUDE BILLING ME WHEN WE NOT REGISTERED!!

There is several things wrong with this institute. I have experienced the worst attitude and the worst behavior possible. I got my sister registered with Intec in Jan, They said she would receive her study material by Friday, Nothing came, We contacted Vanessa she said next wednesday, It didn't come through, I phoned her again, she yelled on the phone and shouted at me. I sent my sister to deregister, which was the next week, 25th Jan. Uptill now we still waiting for a refund of R2000 for deposit. even after we deregistered on the 8th of Feb I received an sms that my study material has been dispatched and will receive it in 21 days, in the same SMS was a student number : ***. Today, i received an sms from my bank to state that R649.99 was debited from my account by Intec, Why are you guys taking more of my money??? We are deregistered within 14 days registration. I will be forced to take legal action if my money is NOT given back to me. I'm appalled by the disgusting behavior, we have been pushed back and forth and NOBODY wants to help us. GIVE BACK OUR MONEY !!
