Bad at first, but Claudine is awesome

I had trouble getting the textbooks I need for my course (among other stuff like not receiving all my study material, etc), sending emails to the support email address, sending requests from their websites, but NOTHING. I complained on their Facebook page and Claudine contacted me. I then got my study material. She called me to do a follow-up a few days later and I told her that the bookstore she recommended want the ISBN numbers for my textbooks. Today she sent me the ISBN number for one I couldn't find AND she sent me a copy of the one textbook that I can't find ANYWHERE. She takes a long time to respond, but she really goes the extra mile. I have finally found someone who actually does their job and doesn't just find excuses, or send me unrelated emails and never do follow-ups. Thumbs up to you Claudine. Even if I have to email the complaints department, if it means that I will receive great service from you, I will do that! :)
