Bad after sales and no correspondence

After sales service is disgusting. Very happy to collect your money and then no correspondence. You can never speak to a consultant. 2hrs and more holding on and then they drop your call. Debit order goes off everymonth and yet I get threatening messages every month. As per correspondence, the assignments and assessments have to handed in on time. Marked by a date and yet marking does not happen. Registration for exams have a cut off yet, there is no correspondence as to how, when or where. Very stressful when you are meant to writing exam and dont even know if you qualify or when you are meant to write.
