Award/Certificate not received

<p>I enrolled with Intec college in 2014 for a Certificate in Assistant Quantity Surveying: Bills Of Quantity. The course duration was 18 month's. I submitted and passed all my assignments in 2015. Immediately after completing my assignments I contacted a student support centre enquiring about how I was going to get my certificate that was around July in 2015. Until to date I haven't received any answer. All I'm being told is that my query has been escalated to management. And I'm the one who has to call or write an e-mail.</p>
