Awaiting study material

I booked and paid for my studies in December and was told my study material would arrive within 21 working days.<br> I only received my student number on the 5th January and was told the the 21 days start from then. Communication problem number one...<br> Number two it has now been two months since I paid and a month since I received my student number and still no word on my books and study material. I have sent emails and made phone calls and no one can give me a date as to when my books will arrive.<br> I feel like cancelling with INTEC and going elsewhere.<br> Can someone kindly give me a delivery date and some information.
