Awaiting study material

I requested updated study material in October 2014 and was told that I should expect delivery in 10 to 14 working days. To date I have received nothing! The consultant keeps saying he will check with the supplier and get back to me but he never does. I have wasted my money for the past two years paying for a qualification I'm not even going to get. As long as they getting their money they are not interested in their student . So disappointed.
