Awaiting Refund

I registered for a course at Intec College in Nov 2014 (***), I then de-registered the course in Dec 2014 and followed the instructions given to write a de-registration letter with my reasons. The letter was approved and I was told I will be refunded half the registration fee within 90 days. I called again in Jan 2015 and was told the query was not processed and we have to start over again. I sent them all the details including the letter to their cancellations email and included Claudine van Berk as she requested forms again. I called again in Feb and was told my de-registration application was approved and have to wait 90 days for a refund then received and sms with the case number ***1. I waited more than 90 days and called again and have been calling almost every month ever since. From being told that the query is escalated to management to agents now just hanging up.
