AWAITING NATIONAL DIPLOMA FOR ALMOST TWO YEARS WITH NO LUCK

Good day,

Please note that I have registered and enrolled on a long distance learning with Intec College for a course of National Diploma in Human Resource Management and Practices in 2015, The course was approximately R14,000 by then and I fully paid through debit order on a monthly basis for a period of 12 months. I completed all my assignments(formative and summative assessments) and Final Integrated Summative Assessment in 2019. On the 11th of October 2019 I requested for my award (Diploma), since then I have not get any respond and I am trying to call each and every week to make follow up regarding this matter only to be told that they are escalating the matter to the relevant department. I have already spent lots of money for airtime making follow up regarding this matter and I am also sending emails to suppor*****ec.edu.za and *** with no luck, the only respond I get is the acknowledgement of my email.
