Assignments

Good day

I send my assignments to the college since last year in February 2020, until today I have not receive any feedback from the, I have been doing follow up with them and I have not received my results even last months I send them a reminder regarding my results no responds. I receive a call from one of consultant to say she will process the request. I feel very tired for not getting the services, because I want to know what to do next
