Assignment results outstanding for extremely long time

I have submitted my assignments on the following dates, and I am still awaiting my results, have sent all these assignments 5-11 times each, and still no response. I really think this is an extremely bad service, as I am dedicated to complete my studies and receive my qualification. A response will really be appreciated.
