ASSIGNMENT NOT ACCEPTED BY EMAIL AFTER WEBSITE STATED THAT IT WAS ACCEPTED BY EMAIL

<p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I am married to Lucille Blomeyer, and she is the mother of a child, Renier Blomeyer.</p> <p>Renier is a student at Intec college with student number 1 ********** 193.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 30th of August 2016 he submitted an Assignment with the following subjects: Mathematics N1, Electrical Trade Theory N1, Engineering Science N1 and Industrial Electronics.</p> <p>on the 22th September 2016, his mother Lucille enquire regarding that Assignment, by email to ********** and it was rep**** back from Elizabeth Bernard at student ********** as follows: “please be informed that NTC assignments need to be posted via registered mail, handed to the nearest branch or send via courier, we do not accept emailed assignments, as these assignments need to be verified by the department of higher education”.</p> <p>The problem now arises that the son, Renier is negatively influenced by this, and that his assignments done (and send in via email), was of no use and a waste of time and money because he had to do this assignment’s at his private time, and in times where he could have worked and do private works for the company he is working for.</p> <p>He is also set back in time to finalized his certificates (N1 and N2), and therefor is set back in promotion at work, because he had to finalized his N1 and N2 to receive promotion to a next level, with an increase of salary.</p> <p>The assignment’s was sending in via email because Intec did state on their website that assignments can be submitted via email.</p> <p>(Attached herewith is a screen-print of Intec’s website stated that email submitted assignments was acceptable).</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>This is of NO GOOD for a child future and is not acceptable, because of the negatively influence on Renier, and not proceeding with his studies.</p> <p>I therefor inform you that this matter will be taken up further, and will also be taken up with HELOPETER regarding service delivery of Intec.</p> <p>Accept these emailed assignments for this time and in future we will send it by courier or to withdraw this student with full payback of fees, so that Renier can precede his studies with UNISA.</p> <p>Please confirm this by email or telephonically to Len Buchner at ********** .</p> <p>This matter will also been taken up legally with attorneys to proceed with court action to withdrawn from this course and to be refunded, in case of not proper reply from Intec.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank You</p> <p>By order</p> <p>LEN BUCHNER</p> ********** <p>Tel: ********** .</p>
