Annoyed student

Hi Intec College, I have been trying to get hold of customer support number for days. I keep getting stuck on that bad waiting line music for over 20minutes at a time.

Mind you, in this whole time I am still waiting for a consultant to assist me. 20 minutes on the phone waiting to get help, this is uncalled for.

Someone from your support center must give me a call because I'm not wasting anymore of my airtime to listen to your automated waiting tones.
