Angry, Upset Student waiting on my Diploma and Answers

I registered with Intec College, Made full payment for my course, completed my course in November 2018 for Early Childhood Development. To date I am fighting to get my diploma or any direct answer as to when I get my diploma, You phone and kept being put on hold, you send emails and never get any response except saying your request has been sent to relevant department. I am resorted to posting this here for perhaps I might get a response here. What am I suppose to do, How do you get hold of the Right People to assist me!!!!!!!!!
