Adverse Information on ITC Credit Bureaux

During the month of December 2014, i paid up my son's school fees with Intec College. I have NEVER skipped a payment with this institution and i paid earlier than expected. <br> Since the month of January 2015, i have been discussing the adverse information appearing on credit bureaux. It is now the month of February 2015 and nothing has been done. When you phone their head office, you're given an attitude as if you're a problem. I never skipped payment, my profile for the month of December 2014 must be updated accordingly.<br> <br> I cannot have my credit profile be adversely affected by *********** individuals who are not interested on resolving my matter. I want my profile updated.
