Accounts dept pathetic

<p>I keep getting emails, sms telling me my account balance is due when I’ve paid in full!! I don’t appreciate the constant messaging. My student advisor also called me and promised to send an e-mail as I can’t start my studies until I can print my notes as it is blocked on USB from printing!!! It’s been three months and I could do nothing!!!! I never get through to call centre after numerous calls.</p>
