Absolutely terrible service

If I could give no stars, it would be better. I emailed them 1 December 2023. Its now 10 days later. They have not rep****, or acknowledged my emails. I have sent another 5 emails since the 1st and not one reply!

If you click on the website it only gives you the email address and a 'message' you can send for a call back, also a online chat agent. I have messaged the online chat agent - no response. I requested x2 call backs, no calls to date.

I would definitely not recommend studying at this college with this terrible service!!!
