absolutely ridiculous

So I signed up at intec end of last year to start a short course and I was harassed on a daily basis for payment. And after I paid it in full received a message that my study material will be with me within 21working days. Now that was 4 December last year now we are already in February and still nothing I've been phoning weekly and all I get is a case number \i will make this first priority
