A pathetic institution to study through! Stay away

I am so sick and tired of the pathetic service this ********* institution offers! I cancelled my studies with Intec because the staff are full of themselves and I never ever received the help I needed from them! I called daily and was bounced around day after day and the consultant that got me to sign up was nowhere to be found! In 2014 I settled my payment and I thought I would never have to deal with them again but little did I know that they would be back 2 years later to haunt me. I tried applying for a bond and I get told that I am a bad paying client with Intec as I owe them R682.40 yet I settled this on the 19th of December 2014. I get in contact with the accounts department and I speak to Samantha about the problem, she tells me to get proof of payment and send it to them, I go to the bank and wait the for an hour to get the proof of payment and I send it to her. A week goes by and she doesn't response and the one day she sends me an email telling me that it is allocated and that an updated statement will be sent to me. An updated statement was sent me to me with an outstanding amount of R682.40. I email Samantha there and the, its been a week and no response. Pathetic!
