A college or a money making Scheme?

<p>Hi I recently registered at Intec college for my boy friend and he couldn't complete his school earlier as his family couldn't afford it. Now We have registered at Intec college and no one explained to us that we were supposed to register at school to sit for exams and they say some one has communicated this to us but no one has told us anything about registering to a school separately and yet again pay more fees. We cannot afford this. I thought colleges are supposed to help people grow in life or if not explain a process to us in detail before we sign over now we cant do anything because we already signed over.</p>
