90 Day passed - STILL NO REFUND, THAT WAS BEFORE COVID ???

Strange how they hide away, go on "silent mode".... not replying to emails. You see, say for example you sign up with this *****ed outfit called Intec, they are fast / prompt / quick with replies, as they selling the product..... but after that... questions / replies.... none: I have dealt with these people, lister here.... I have sent my emails direct to them or CC'd them - you will get a reply once in a blue.... using words such as escalated....LOL... now that is just a word... People beware of Intec, please do think twice. They owe me refund that was due before COVID's Lock Down, but none received.... nothing??? Without a doubt, I know COVID will be used as an excuse for the delays... LOL... predictable... Intec you owe me, I don't owe you... so lets get that straight... The people that I have emailed are: Claudine van Blerk, Charne Swartz, Gha**** Rodgers, Shakier Achmat, Craig Azziz... It was confirmed that my documents was submitted (finally in December)... which I actually submitted before.... but as you know Intec... will turn the story around and blame the student... I feel sorry for people that cannot speak for themselves regarding Intec's behaviour... perhaps the above mentioned people assumed they are dealing with a fool.... but they got a surprise... So, don't let these people bully.... that's my tip to other people with problems with Intec..... I would be ashamed to work for Intec, one just have to look at HelloPeter... read... have a look at their ratings.... not good - Just so fed up with these people....
