4 months and still no books

On the 10th of December 2014 I enrolled at Intec for a course in drafting. This is the first step in my career change from IT to structural engineering. initially all seemed to go well. I paid the full course fee upfront and was soon given a student number and e-mail account and received an sms stating that my course wear would be delivered in 21 days. Now almost exactly 5 months after the fact and despite multiple calls and as many apologies and excuses I have STILL not received any course materials or even a tracking number, <br> The first explanation was that the supplier had closed over the December holiday's (I can live with that).<br> Then the supplier was on strike (again, I know the times. I can accept that)<br> Then the supplier did not have all the course materiel. ( ok, so send me what you have )<br> The the supplier is out of stock. ( so what about the stuff they had when 1st i asked)<br> Our systems are offline ( I work in IT , I know how it goes)<br> Please call back Thursday 9th April for your tracking number, the material should be delivered Friday.<br> Today 13th April, \I am sorry sir
