3.5 months and still they wont issue my Degree

After completing my studies I submitted all correct documents to get my degree. 6-8 weeks they said. 3.5 MONTHS later and "they will escalate my inquiry". Intec College is beyond useless. All they ever do is log another inquiry. I will NEVER recommend studies at this Institution
