3 years down the line and my certificate is still "on its way"

<p>I completed a course with INTEC for project management techniques in 2013. I have over the last years made numerous requests for my certificate to be issuedd to me but this never happens.</p> <p> </p> <p>Everytime I call in, I always need to initiate the process from the beigining as if they dont have a CRM system. What I dont get is with so many complaints of the same nature, why is the department of education not stepping in, maybe Blaze should be informed of this dismal college.</p> <p> </p> <p>#IntecSucks</p>
