2years later after registering with intec still no statement of results or feedback

I registered with intec college studying ECD level 4 In 2022 and 2023 my assignments was Send to me for refiling and i submitted them back after refiling on the 4h of May 2024 and till today I'm waiting for my results and statement, it's almost 4 months now and I can't even register for level 5, I feel like intec college doesn't care even if you paid the fees in full the college put my life on hold by not giving me my results or giving me feedback. when I call for any up the is always nothing and still till today the is no feedback I've send a lot of emails looking for answers but nothing till today. Please note the only update I got was that they received my assignments on the 4th of may 2024 which I was informed on the 5th of May 2024 when I called the college
