2nd Time on HelloPeter: Refund not paid

After reporting the fact that a refund has not been paid by Intec College, I received an email that the matter is attended to, it's now more than a month later, I have not received any further feed-back, not to talk about the refund. It's now almost a year that this matter is not solved. (We can prove that they owe us this refund). We cannot recommend this institution, feeling as if taken for a ride with wrong information given about the approved course and then being provided with study material for another course (without Namibian approved level), suddenly denying the approval after payment has been made by us.
