I cannot believe how utterly disrespectful and unprofessional my interaction was with the Managing Director, Craig Ballantyne. I had to conduct a simple reference check on a former employee, and he acted like it was the biggest inconvenience in the world. Not only was he super rude, but he didn't even try to hide it. He got frustrated, openly admitted to being frustrated, and had the audacity to tell me that I was wasting his precious time.

If this is the kind of attitude that the Managing Director displays, I can only imagine the toxic environment within this company. It's absolutely disgraceful!

Let me make it crystal clear: I would NEVER, under any circumstances, recommend this business to anyone. If you value professionalism, respect, and common courtesy, steer clear of this disgraceful establishment!
