Poor consumer services from INTIMATES Access park.

Bought a waist belt at Intimates Access park 31/10/19, Called this morning 1/11/19 & spoke to Carmen to exchange it for a bigger size & they refused. The belt doesn't even go halfway around my waist. I asked my 11-YEAR-OLD daughter to see if it fits her and the same thing. How can a medium belt not even fit an 11-year-old and now the company refuses to exchange it or refund it? I can understand if its underwear but this is a waist belt that goes on top of a vest and doesn't even touch your skin not to mention it doesn't even go halfway. Nobody mentioned anything about not being able to return the belt or else i wouldn't have bought it. I do know that underwear is nonreturnable or exchangeable but a WAIST BELT?????
