Really want Clients?

We are a company specifying in Point of sale Items so our materials need to be Cheap asked Intamarket for a price list for comparing prices - Granted we have not bought from them in years because of their pricing being expensive. This is the response I received...

To Me the above response is arrogant and disrespectful especially to a potential client?
