Bad service

I bought and paid for a few items from the front counter at intamarket.. I received less that what I actually paid for.. when I called the company, the lady on the phone was talking too loud over everything I was trying to say... the Deny not giving me the item when they knew I did not wanted it... so I was told that there stock balances after they never gave me the item and they refuse to give it to me or refund my cash...
