STAY AWAY FROM OPTIVEST GAP COVER!!! ITS A FARCE

If you are looking for GAP cover STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Been taking my money for 2 years and upon my first claim for a colonoscopy they are making me jump through hoops for a claim. They are insisting on getting my results when the fact remains is that i had the procedure and the cover is for the shortfall for specialists that your medical aid does not cover. This is absolutely outrageous! I will be taking this further to the ombudsman. ****************.
