Insuremed is a joke!!

I have been liaising with Sibongiseni Masiza at Insuremed to try and regain my R10 000 spent in hospital fees paid in August. My claim has been going back and forth for over 2 months with absolutely no joy with every excuse being made not to pay my dues. This process has been more painful than my stay in hospital! What is the point of having Gap cover if they find every reason to pay me the money that is owing to me??
