Worst Service

I am so disappointed with this company. I am waiting for 11 Working days already for my refund. Today when I called, I heard that they paid the monies to the dealership that repaired my vehicle. All this after I have sent through my client refund form for a refund to myself, they still went ahead to pay the dealership... NEVER USE THIS COMPANY...
