Warranty Conveniently canceled
I had a mechanical warranty which was transferred to Insure Africa because they where liquidated. I took up the new warranty with Insure Africa and conveniently the due date on their site to move over was December 2022. I paid for this warranty for two months and suddenly December my debit order was stopped and my warranty policy was canceled with out any communication. The problem is that all of this happened in December with their dead line.

InsureAfrica did not cancel your Warranty, your Insurer, Constantia Insurance Company Ltd did as they went into liquidation. InsureAfrica did not go into liquidation, your Insurer did. We also would not have 'stopped' your Debit order as this would have had to have been a direct instruction from you to your Bank. Kindly email us on *** with your ID number to assist.
