Very Bad Service.

Hi,<br> <br> I would like to Complain about the service we have received from Insure Africa. <br> <br> On the 21 February 2016, my wife and I were on our way back to Durban from PMB. We had purchased the car on the 22nd January 2016, it was on the 30th Day the problem occurred. I was driving towards a set of robots and pressed my brake then clutch to change gear. The car switched off, I then started the car and took off again, i noticed smoke coming out the engine bay, i thought the car was on fire. i drove about a 100meters forward and pulled off at a Sasol garage. I switched off the car and Immediatley jumped out the car as we thought the car was on fire. We then checked under the bonnet to see smoke, we did not know where it was coming from. We thereafter called my Insurance company who towed the car to their yard. The car was then taken to MCcarthy Toyota Pinetown, We called InsureAfrica who advised toyota to strip the gearbox and see where the problem would be. The guys at toyota informed them that the gearbox releaser bearing collapsed and caused the damage of the clutch and flywheel.<br> <br> The Insurance company wants to pay for the release bearing but not the damage it caused.
