Useless and rude!

If you ever get a warranty through this company you are making the biggest mistake ever! Useless customer service and above that when you have claims they have a million excuses as to why they don’t pay out, you try to explain what happened and why you are claiming and the people in the claims department start getting arrogant and rude and raise their voice at you. Also when you then want to cancel they charge a 30% fee for a service you never receive. If a bank ever refers you to this company run as far as you can.
