They effectively dealt with my concerns.

I am updating my opinion of this company since my last rating (of 1 star) was premature and partially based on an incorrect assumption that I am not one of their clients. They are currently experiencing a system glitch that welcomes existing members each time there is a reboot, but they are actively working on resolving it. My previous review was addressed and responded to by an agent at customer services. She was patient and took care to explain the situation to me in a professional manner.
