Terrible service. Unjustified claim dismissal.

I would not recommend signing a warranty with this company. Possibly due to me being a woman, I was treated with rudeness and a dismissal attitude by the sales manager Trevor. The claim on the car, which I had just bought and within 48 hours overheated, was declined with no reason given. However, the warranty said it covered any engine problems. I now have to fight for my legal rights with a lawyer. Surely this is why an insurance company provides a warranty?
