Struggling to get payment 😑
This is some day light ******* been told by one of the agents to pay R10 000 to the dealer and claim it back TEN THOUSAND!!! , yet we got confirmation and approval that the dealer would be PAID but now the have story to actually pay it we sent all the documents and been calling yet the agents gives us attitude

This does not affect the operational ability or financial stability of InsureAfrica in any way but, does unfortunately affect the payments process which is the reason for the delay. The Insurer is responsible for payment of your invoice. If you would like to lodge a relevant complaint, you can do so by logging a complaint on the Constantia Insurance Company Hellopeter page. We do apologise profusely for any inconvenience caused by this turn of events. Please also email me your policy number to *** so that I can follow up on the authorisation of your claim and what transpired. Thank you, Chantal
