Promise not kept
Hi my name is Siyabulela I joined insure Africa from the year 2016 until now I insured my car under them now my car had broke down I then took it to the company that fixes card then write claim via email to insure Africa first they said they did not receive the email I then send the claim again then they responded back saying that I shouldn't have fixed the car I should have waited for their response whereas I sent many emails to them now don't claim that they won't be able to pay the machenic because of some reasons they never mentioned to me when they sold insurance to me now I have to pay R9531.79 out of my pocket whereas they have been withdrawing my money since 2016 please help
