Poor Customer service
I am not impressed by Vineshnee Pillay ways of dealing with customer cases. I mean my car is only 9 days old but already its giving me problems. Instead of the Insurance company to pay and organise for the car to be towed and taken to be repaired, they insure Africa expect me to pay R180 AS THE NEAREST TOWN IS 110 kilos and they cover for 100 Kilos. As a consumer what are my rights concerning the warranty and a product still under 21 days. Somebody (Insure Africa)please intervene ,and please teach your people to talk nicely with the customers. I reported my case on Friday the 6th and i was told my cases will be attended on Monday the 11th.Monday the 11th they need extra R180.What next?

10 Nov 2020, 15:19Good day Sir, Your policy incepted last week on the 5th of November however, as you have day 1 cover, we duly assisted you with towing. The R 180 was the amount due for the towing kilometers that exceeded the 100 Km radius (as is clearly listed in your policy wording). Any concerns that you have with condition of your vehicle at point of sale needs to be taken up with your Selling Dealer.
