Pathetic service
Really bad service - was not informed that my mechanical warranty had expired and when I sent an email to claim I was told to take the car in??? How can you tell me to take the car to a dealer if there is no more warranty on this? Would never recommend them to anyone.

05 Sept 2022, 09:05Good day Madam,
Your signed proposal from states clearly that you have a 2-year policy. This was signed by you on the 4th of March 2020 and expired on the 3rd of March 2022. When you called in you asked a generalized question regarding lodging a claim. Had you referred to your policy number and/or policy document you would have been advised or known that your Warranty had expired. Therefore, the facts as you have stated them above are factually incorrect and misleading.
