Non Payments on Claims

Hi very dissatisfied with their Finance team, waiting for 2 weeks for payments. Last week the lady advised the parents person did not place your invoice on the list and she left at 11am. This week couldn't reach them on the phone. Sent invoices again, received a reply it will be paid today. Checked today nothing received. Really bad service from Finance.
