We take note of your dissatisfaction in how your claim was attended to, however, same has been done in accordance with the Policy Wording of your Warranty. This has been explained in depth by our Claims Administrator and Manager. Unfortunately, abnormal wear of a clutch plate is not covered under the mechanical breakdown warranty.

Unfortunately when acquiring the warranty all was good , I have never received a single approval in almost 2 years , when I do claim , declined, abnormal wear , so do you all cover normal wear or is this just another excuse . Your claims administrator and manager are very good at speaking, unfortunately the endline , your customers are never satisfied. Do you all ever get good reviews, I doubt , still feel like I was ****med and will like to warn others to look elsewhere for warranty as there is always a good reason not to honour your warranty.
