Insure africa and patina motors
The worst service I have ever received from the time I purchased my vehicle I was not even given a choice to take up the cover or not as it was forced upon me at patina motors rustenburg, first when I wanted to claim on the pothole cover of which they told has expired as it was dry or 2 years the second is my service plan of which I'm being told that is was activated In 2019 as in in that year my car was still under manufacture service plan so meaning it was only supposed to start in 2020 now I have to go from pillar to post for a service that was paid in full and I'm still paying for a loan with adds on that AR good for nothing I was failed by the underwriter and the dealership.... Made a fool and put into debt for Nothing
Your PotHole Plan expired in May 2021. This would have been indicated on your original documents supp**** to you by Rustenburg Kia. We have on file the plan proposal form which you have signed and clearly stating the inception date.
Regarding your service plan: We have a plan proposal form signed by you which clearly indicates that your service plan will incept on the 21st of May 2019 and expire on the 20th of May 2021. We have subsequently found out from your Service Advisor that you had a Liquid Capital plan which expired last year. Liquid Capital is a completely different company and we would have no way of knowing you had a plan with them unless you disclosed this to us which , you did not. Had you done so , this would have been rectified at the time. We have now updated the Plan accordingly.
Therefore the facts as you have stated them above are incorrect and misleading and we respectfully request that you remove this complaint.
